Cancellation Policy
We request 24 hour notice for appointment cancellations.

Child Policy
Due to chemicals, sharp instruments, hot appliances, and for the comfort of all clients, children and infants are not allowed in the styling areas unless they are receiving a service. While in the waiting and reception area children must be closely supervised by a parent. We recommend arranging childcare for the day of your appointment so that you can relax during your visit.

Payment
We will happily accept cash, checks (Colmar location only), Visa, MasterCard and Discover in payment for your service or product purchase.
While gratuities are greatly appreciated, they will no longer be accepted through credit/debit cards or checks payable to Shear Success. Thank you for your cooperation.

Pricing on our services may vary due to time and product usage. If you have any questions please consult your stylist before the beginning of your services.

Chemical Service Guarantee
Products that are high in detergent, wax, and alcohol compromise the integrity of the hair shaft. We recommend the use of professional products and guarantee our chemical services when professional products are used at home.
